Rene Cuerten

Rene is a principal of the firm, and has led Saratoga Capital’s real estate group since 2017.

He has almost 30 years of property development, project management, project cost controlling and business acquisition. Geographically, he has worked in Germany, throughout Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (including conflict zones).

Rene has acted in senior executive positions over the course of his career, leading major expansion drives for leading property development companies, including Siemens AG and IPEM Immobilien Projektentwicklung s-und-managementgesellschaft mbH.

Rene is fully versed in all aspects of property development, having delivered over 1 billion euros in turn-key development projects.
