Our private equity group invests in high quality, stable businesses with medium to long term investment horizons.

We offer term capital to founding families or partners of high quality business in low volatility sectors. Our strategy at its core is a focus on corporate private equity investments with a lower risk profile in Europe.

Our investment horizon is a medium to long term hold period of around 6 to 15 years.

We invest in control, co-control or minority influence opportunities in businesses that have the following qualities:

• High quality, cash generative and stable businesses and/or assets with safe capital structures.
• Operating in low-volatility sectors and environments.
• Providing essential goods or services to non-cyclical sectors.
• Offering longer term opportunities for strategic development.
